Hi I am looking to get a second-hand workstation, one of them is precision 7560. I saw pretty good deal on that laptop, but I do have a bit of questions. 1. Does the behavior of laptop tends to screw over performance (let say, drop wattage like crazy) normal? And can it be fix? (I am curious since I saw good amount of reply in this thread about that) 2. If it couldn't, any alternative laptop? (Please only recommend 2nd hand one as a brand new computer with specs I am looking for (laptop with minimum 8gb vram gpu) are too expensive for me)
