Welcome. Your board is the same N960Kx platform discussed here, and BIOS 1.07.09 already ships Clevo's own switches — no IFR patching needed.
FPTW64 -bios -d bios.bin (dumps just the 16 MB BIOS region).
Open it in H2OUVE → Setup → set Advanced Chipset Control and Setup Menu Insyde Full Show to Show → export → import → save as .fd.
FPTW64 -bios -f mod.fd, then FPTW64 -greset, boot into setup and press F9.
Afterwards: Memory profile = XMP profile 1, with Realtime Memory Timing and Realtime Memory OverClock set to Enabled. For the power limits: Platform PL1/PL2 Enable = Enabled, PL1/PL2 Power in mW (e.g. 125000 / 150000), plus a suitable Time Window.
Two things worth knowing: your 2667 is just the JEDEC fallback of a 3200 XMP kit, not a hard lock — but memory OC needs H570/B560; HM470 can't do it, so check your PCH. And the i9-10900 is non-K, so ratio OC is off the table.
