lmao, 4 800 000 vs my 490 000. You know what, I think if I bought a desktop with a 4090 or 3090 it would last me about 7 years give or take a year and might be cheaper in the long run. heck im pretty happy with integrated graphics for what it is. but I miss my HP omen, only 2 more weeks and I get it back, i'll be benching the heck out of it when I get new thermal phase change pads for it. instead of getting a new laptop I decided to upgrade my ram to 64gb and add a 2tb ssd onto the already installed 1 tb. I think that along with better thermals was worth the 300. also happy easter, I don't celebrate easter or any holidays to be honest. but that's no excuse for not wishing well. new high score now im quite a bit faster than most 11th gen i5s at least in geek bench. im getting a few hundred more than a stock i7-1165g7 -
oh ok. It was just something that was recommended to me, looked good at first glance got a pretty damn good rating from rtings.com https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/gigabyte/aorus-fv43u they are highly reputable albeit not always perfect. since when is 98 percent of adobe rgb bad, maybe im behind on the times Adobe RGB Coverage xy 98.4% Adobe RGB Picture Mode Custom 1 The Gigabyte AORUS FV43U has a superb SDR color gamut. It can display all of the sRGB color space used by most desktop content and most video games. It also has nearly perfect coverage of the Adobe RGB color space used for professional content creation, but reds especially are oversaturated.

no but it gives me anxiety. I also heard on the news it will be gov controlled media. and more on topic i seem to have very poor luck with hp as no settings or drivers are improving performance -
I would save your money and buy a sony x85j for 500. it does 4k 120 and has good color coverage, great blacks and great response, nvm rtings review of it they show the stats and specs being above the x90k and rate the x90k higher, still got a good rating but makes no sense. another thing is you can modulate the kind of screen you want at any given time. for example im using a hp laptop with integrated grapics and need 4k sharp clear and easy to read, but when im gaming and dont have the power i set the black bars up at 1440p. I know your not much of a gamer these days but my standards apply to creative work also as I produce music and care about my computers and screens as artwork also plays a role in the album if you absolutely need a monitor. I was looking at a gigabyte monitor with 4k/144hz and its 43in for around 650 cad

Iv'e known this for a while but lately it seems to not be the case, just exceptions. I think it all depends on what your gunning for, if you want 4k/480 then a 4090 is a smart buy but if your happy with 1080p/1440p then a budget build is the way to go. I know you already know this but im thinking of upgrading from my 3060 to a desktop or laptop which ever. I have just enough for a used 3090ti build, but I just don't know what i'll use it for. right now as it stands my world wide web is truncated and I only get a handful of sites, not sure if trud is working his magic on us canadians or what but alot of the internet is not accessable. really sucks as I miss the free days -

Welp I see both sides of the coin, more for less and more for more. depends on how competitive you want to be if you even want that. as for my new 100 000 dollar laptop its twice as fast in benchmarks and about 20 faster in general use, no idea why the 10th gen i3 its too terrible, im getting 5000 in geekbench 6 multi. im able to game in grid autosport at 4k, crysis does 1440p nicely. and pool requires nothing its about as demanding as minesweeper. Only concern I have is why when I get a hp(2nd) im always half or a third slower than others like lenovo and asus/msi/clevo. I was getting 12k in cloudgate and was pretty meh feeling and after a few tweaks im getting 14000-15000 in gpu so its not good not bad, meh. but I find it funny buying used and sometimes its mint condition like this and it beats a new laptop that costs 50 percent more. more is better right, everytime I shell out extra I know its a bad deal but do it anyways. subconscious thing. but yeah I'm going to keep mu omen and this hp. both can be used for different things. pretty happy I only shelled out 320 -
? some pretty bizzare requests. like you can multitask 9 different things at once. there is a logic rule 7 plus or minus one. but hey if you super human fly at her

I don't have a msi but at one point I did it was a 1080p 165hz display with 100srgb. was nice but I think my current 4k 120 sony x85j is alot better. brighter clearer and decent input lag.

thanks bro. Yes thats the one. i bought it for 320 and its in mint condition so not a bad deal. the cpu seems to be above average but the igpu is below haha go figure as they are linked. heres geek bench 6 4945 which is above the category average. something nice! -

32FPS HALFLIFE 2 4k 32FPS grid autosport medium/high 4k I honestly can't believe I can run these games at 4k its only 3000 years old. was expecting the igpu to run games a touch better after reading its review. they claim 60fps high setting in gta v thats why I jumped on it as Im not a big gamer and dont mind waiting a month for my omen. but ill be testing out gta v at 4k low and hopefully i get the magic 24-30 update 42 at 1080p my card is half speed any advice below average stock does 1440p with flying colors -

bechmark wise meh but as far as performance loading chrome and other apps iv'e never had a faster computer. its like the screen glitches out its so fast, instant loads. need to find out why so I can tweak my hp omen well it has no issues except its almost impossible to see keys without direct light on the keyboard. overall success i now have a back up -

Looks awesome. Reminds me of a zombie game I played with hoards. Cept this time it's aliens. Look like alot of fun will buy it regardless of ratings when it comes out. Also take a gander HP 15dy2018ca this is the laptop. it will be hooked up to a 4k tv, so it's screen is of no importance -

The option was a amd gold or a 11th gen i5 which has the xe igpu. If they had a u I would have pounced on it..should be good I just want Disney plus YouTube and fiddling with the laptop and poolians as well. Light gaming and basic tasks. Only problem is they have a as is 0 return policy. Really crossing my fingers that it has no issues I'll report back and post r23 At the end of the day it was only 320 cad. Or 270 usd -

Took back the Asus. Was that bad. Getting a i5 11th gen hp for 320. Good specs but it's from a trader aka pawn shop. Fingers crossed it's literally double the Asus for 130 less. I just need something that is functioning -

Geekbench6 - Multi Core 2709 points (0pts) Rankings first bench. this is looking good. typically this i3 scores 2200 Im getting 2895 in geek bench multi -

yeah. i bought a duet 5 which is a great chromebook. but had flaws so it got returned. my hp omen is gone till the 1st so i needed a quick fix. the computer is hooked up to my 4k sony tv and its perfect for web browsing music and the odd show but as for gaming it will have to be old titles and 2d -
