  1. speaking of Nahimic companion, it no longer autoloads on startup after updating the Nahimic APO4 driver to either 4.15.3.0 {from Microsoft} or 4.15.4.0 {download & run latest GenericNahimicRestoreTool.exe tool to obtain the newest APO4 driver} and MSI posted an updated Realtek Audio MSI driver - version 6.0.9918.1 a few days ago on their web site in December 2025
  2. new Realtek audio drivers from MSI in June/July 2025 - versions 6.0.9828.1, 6.0.9832.1 & 6.0.9835.1
