Another experience, a negative one with HP Smart software - in Android it do not allow for greyscale printing. While Windows version obviously allows. Instead Wi-fi scanning in a Tp Link Powerline network range extender via auto document feeder worked well. -
We are waiting for updates!

For some reason i cannot find where to see the current memory usage but seems i have a 4GB swap file. It can be set 0GB, 4GB , 6GB or 8GB. So max 8GB+8GB, currently is 8G+4GB, 4GB seems to the default since i did not changed it. https://www.notebookcheck.net/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-review-Versatile-12-4-inch-tablet-with-outstanding-specs.839897.0.html Lists this benchmark results for UFS 4.0 storage Sequential Read 256KB 3465.72 Sequential Write 256KB 3154.3 Random Read 4KB 381.97 Random Write 4KB 510.95 -

Now that we are in memory discussion i was curious and went to look at xiaomi tablet that also has 8GB RAM, i have 33 tabs open in Opera, 6 in Firefox, 39 in Vivaldi, 8 in Chrome, i also have these apps OneNote, Outlook, Whatsapp and SMS/Phone messages opened- this last 2 replicate what is in the phone but i can interact as if i was on the phone. -
Nice to read details about LG Gram, was to be the initial office option before going large android tablet route.

Maybe you can make a case in 3D printing? There must be some generic hinges sold to adapt. -
The lower clock do not prevent more heat from being a high performance CPU. Maybe the OP have an use case that i-9 would be necessary. If not he will only have laptop with fans working longer or always. That said I am curious about astrochip review.

An article of a failed use of Samsung tablet with Samsung DeX for video out as laptop replacement with external monitor https://www.androidauthority.com/samsung-dex-should-have-saved-the-day-3527305/ - bluetooth keyboard (not Samsung) did not worked reliably - i think the author here should have made a bigger effort. - video out shows bad pixelated text -

Duplicated.

My criticism of this is the CPU and GPU. The CPU is overpower for chassis - i don't think any laptop can exploit the performance of an I-9. RTX2000 has generally the performance of a RTX3060 with 8GB VRAM instead of 6GB. For your use it seems non justifiable.

Thanks kojack No, i am with Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro. I have no money for that Huawei , also do not have video out even if i ended not using it much for now, plus have that ugly notch. I had a couple days ago somewhat of a test but more about Android and its browsers than the tablet itself. I had to upload files and fill in pdf documents forms in a municipal authority website. Usually these websites in the past were done for windows/PC's only so i was a bit worried. But everything went well and the touch screen is good for this stuff. -
What about LG Gram 17 can handle 2 SSD but not sure 64GB RAM exists.
