  1. New Huawei screen tech presumably for Huawei MatePad Pro 12.2 that will be presented in September 2024 https://www.gsmarena.com/huawei_teases_the_global_launch_of_the_matepad_pro_122_with_a_tandem_oled_display-news-64543.php
  2. 3D might be interesting to show real estate, but i am not there yet, if i will ever be.
  3. You were kind cranky yesterday. Hope you better today. https://www.gsmarena.com/extensive_leak_shows_off_samsung_galaxy_tab_s10_and_tab_s10_ultra_images_specs-news-64475.php Upcoming S10 seems it will have a novelty in the screen "Dynamic AMOLED 2X Anti-Reflection”
  4. https://www.notebookcheck.net/Huawei-MatePad-11-5-S-PaperMatte-review-Are-paper-like-displays-the-future-of-tablets.885908.0.html Huawei Matepad 11.5 with an enticing screen for outside. Only 500 nits with almost no reflections. But color reproduction suffers.
  5. Last review says that Magicpad 2 despite its high price do not support video out. So it is now officially excluded from the competition.
  6. Honor Magic Pad 2 announced for Europe at 599 Euro Now the reviews start to appear:
  7. Everyone is releasing tablets. Models do not interest me but might interest others. https://www.gsmarena.com/tcl_nxtpaper_14_is_now_official_tab_11_gen_2_joins_the_party-news-64407.php
  8. Oh. okay then. A good tablet of today is much more performer than a PC from 10 years ago, and to today ones makes no noise so you can connect to Hi-Fi( i have an old one from 1972) and listen to music or a film without fans making noise and to round it up a much better screen than a crap 600 laptop.
  9. Great! Honor Magic Pad 2 will come to Europe from September even if will be a disappointment it is one more with upcoming Samsung S10 release to push the prices down in the upper segment. https://www.fonearena.com/blog/432679/honor-magic-v3-magicpad-2-magicbook-art-14-global-launch-ifa-2024.html
  10. Yeah, but i would still want to have the smartphone (and the xiaomi band to receive the messages and emails from smartphone to check if should reach for it or not - very helpful , reduces the chances of dropping the smartphone several fold since most messages and mail are not urgent so i don't have to pick it up) . will update soon my miband 4 350 nits to the mi band 9 1200 nits.
  11. Note that i did not say everything. Not heavy video editing, 3D.
  12. Rumors on next Xiaomi 7 tablets, 4 models, one expected to have OLED and up to 24GB RAM. It seems the 7 11" to replace the 6 11" will be the first to appear. https://www.weibo.com/6048569942/OuuJgcLHA
  13. It is not people, it is basically one guy regarding overheating and that is gaming which i would not do. Besides there are several people gaming in youtube. Regarding software, yes that is why my point in initial post about where they will go with upcoming HyperOS2.0. Currently it is okayish. But support not at Samsung level. I already had posted the Notebookcheck review, it has the temperature analysis on stress test. https://www.notebookcheck.net/Xiaomi-Pad-6S-Pro-review-Versatile-12-4-inch-tablet-with-outstanding-specs.839897.0.html
  14. That is a sore indeed, but it seems from reading that they tried it and it fits other reviews.
  15. One more Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro review https://www.parkablogs.com/content/artist-review-xiaomi-pad-6s-pro-xiaomi-focus-pen
  16. Yes, i have to edit photos, videos mostly will be done in my Legion laptop, and present videos, images to show properties. 100% sRGB minimum is just my intolerance to crap screens. I hate the screen of my HP laptop. Compared to my Lenovo Tab that cost 1/3 makes me throw up. I have a lot of videos and photos, while currently 256GB is workable it will not be in say 2-3 years time. A faucet not working: a couple photos, etc...
  17. I am fine with 2D, objective is office to replace my laptop, so in the budget i need to include the keyboard -still in doubt if i get just get generic bluetooth keyboard for 30 euros or the 150 euro Xiaomi one with backlight or the shortish one without for 99 or so. Also will have to get a bluetooth pen tablet to work as mouse since my current pen tablet is usb and not compatible with Android. There goes more 70 or so euros. Also a need a display port to usb c cable. since i think what came with my monitor is full usb.
  18. First review of OnePlus Pad 2 from one of sites i follow. It seems the Xiaomi is better despite a less modern CPU https://www.gsmarena.com/oneplus_pad_2-review-2736p5.php
  19. Asus would not sell many laptops with that... For example my low to medium level A34 phone certainly more powerful than the HP office laptop of my brother.
