1- How safe is it to buy internal hw from the Ebay sellers from China? 2- Are these legit parts? I'm interested in CPUs, heatsinks, shell parts, LCDs ect. Even maybe a GPU here and there. All components are for my Alienware laptops that I have. Thanks
