None of the changes made were a consequence of the forum moving to something else instead of what it was, who ever they sold to uses x software therefore OCN will now use x software. userbase be damned. Changed the domain to overclock.com even though its known as OCN (only to revert to overclock.net anyways) Deleted member flares (1-5 Flames for REP counts) Deleted Seller REP Stopped MOTM Stopped Case Mod of the Month Broke and Deleted Curated News Got rid of the Blue flame for a time Downright insulting and condescending Moderators (after the original guard had retired) Thats just what I recall, and I havent logged in over there since either 2017 or 2018. Wow, just wow. That's a lot of bad decisions. You know the last thing you want to do to a group of people that use your site day-in and day-out? Change anything! If they use it, they like it. If they don't, they'll tell you! So many bad decisions to change things just for the sake of changing...
Aaron44126
@Hiew I noticed that the extra paragraph line break that you get from hitting the "enter" key is gone. The change affects old posts retroactively. Was this intentional? If so, is it intended to be permanent? (Doesn't bother me either way but it did "squish up" the long Windows articles that I had written, links in signature, and I had to go and fix them up.) Apologies, I didn't think it would affect posts retroactively! Quite annoying.. Its quite easy to change if you would like me to revert it, but since you've fixed your posts I don't really want to go through that again.

It's probably better this way, people are used to "Enter" just doing a regular line break and not a full paragraph break. Just wanted to make sure that I'm not going to have to go and "unfix" them... Hiew
Right, the old function allowed you to press shift-enter for a normal line break. I've personally just dealt with it but I think you're right in saying it might be better this way. Again, sorry about that! Though you were quick to notice and change your posts. 🤣
