ADT Link MXM to PCIE x16 eGPU

So while looking into my laptops upgradeability i found this expensive adapter. https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256803475772893.html?gatewayAdapt=glo2usa4itemAdapt Has anyone ever tried this product? if so what were you're results? what kind of bios modding would i be looking at to make this work on an MSI gt75 titan

From what I know @Developer79 has experience with Gpu enclosures on Clevo laptops.

But my solution is a special development only for the P870xx! It only goes in it and is designed for installing a desktop card in the P870xx.

I can use it with two laptops. MSI GT70 (4th gen) and Clevo P751 TM1. It works with both. You have to adjust a few things to be good.

One of our AW club members has one like this in his M18xR2. He was using a 6900 XT I believe. Using SG graphics mode (Optimus mode). 

 

As long as you can use Optimus mode it should work just like any MXM card. I recommend using with nVidia cards though for best compatibility. 

 

Might also work in pure PCIe mode as well depending on the PC.
