I create this thread because I think that concentrating knowledge about laptop gpu upgrades can help people who would like to replace the gpu

Alienware 17 R1 work with quadro P3000, stock A08 bios , and lvds screen optimus on, Zbook 17 G3 works with the same P3000(spec unknown)

Card is working with:

MSI GT60 / GT70 Ivy bridge & Haswell (with optimus ON)

DELL M6800

Alienware m17x r4 & 17 r1, m18x r2 & 18 r1 (on AW18  I had strange 40W performance cap)
