Dell Precision 7690/7790 Pre-release Thread

I found a laptop that we are so keen to see, DELL pro max 18 ULTRA 285HX, look at this beauty. On the left is the Dell precision 7680, in the middle is the DELL 16 PRO MAX ULTRA 285HX, and on the right is the 18-inch one

The middle one is the Precision 5490/5480😀, and the right one is the Precision 3590

That's still the Precision 3000 series? It doesn't look like the Pro Max series

Compared to the above, Pro Max Plus has Ethernet port on the left side (like Precision 7X80), full size SD instead of microSD, and overall less of a "wedge"-shape design going on.

Maybe. It’s strange that in this case they use old models for presentation, or maybe DELL pro max uses the chassis of the previous model, they like to do that. In new models, USB ports and others are decoupled from the motherboard, so it’s not difficult to leave space for USB ports in the old place in the same case

I'm confused by the screen of the model in the picture, it looks like 4:3

a very strange decision to place the hot air outlet directly on the screen, the screen covers the direct outlet of the hot air (DELL 16 PRO PLUS
