StripeySnake
considering the exact same date, and bios model, and the way it cuts off abruptly, I think the vbios may have been victim of a failed flash, as the card seems functional in every way exept it does not connect with the laptop's bios. Did you manage to solve the problem? I bought a GTX1080 Aetina and it doesn't give me video on a P775DM I adapted it to an MSI GT70 by cutting the casing but it gives me a blue screen, maybe it's a driver issue, although it is detected correctly in GPUZ
StripeySnake
@GraiI never did unfortunately, the 1080 has just been sitting benched till I have the time/experience to fix it. StripeySnake
I do not, I found it on the techpowerup database, and I don't think you would want a zotac bios for an Aetina card. I would suggest requesting it on the forums (A lot of people have Aetina cards), or contact Aetina directly and ask if they can send it to you.
