No symptoms so far, wondering if the marked 'Sector count' means imminent carnage or continue use (for a while). Got backups & will run surface tests. Any recommendations (continue use ...or scrap asap) ? 6730b Posted February 7, 2025 Author Posted February 7, 2025 Surface test shows the 7mm Seagate is ready for replacement. Gave good and long service. CrystalDiskInfo correctly warned about drive degradation. 2 Dell Precision 5540 w10 ltsc - Thinkpad P14s G5 w10 ltsc - Thinkpad E14 G5 w11 - HP i5 desktop w10 ltsc - (O&O shutup\Open Shell on all w10\11) - Dell E7440 w8.1 - Tosh Satellite w8.1 - Pixel 8 Pro - Xiaomi 14 Ultra - 2x Samsung A52s - (Netguard on all phones) Stand with
