How much of a price difference? 165W vs 150W? More VRM phases? Same memory clock speeds? If it is QHD I would opt for the 3080 so long as it was no more than $200 extra. Certainly a better deal than the $900 upgrade price they want for the 3080ti in the US market. Technically the Costco special is $1100 cheaper, but limited to the FHD panel option. In europe you see the 3070 Ti QHD being sold in the same store as a 3080 8GB FHD 360Hz... The 3070Ti is on average 400€ cheaper. It's a lot. Makes little sense to me.
