The Xeons are supposed to be a binned version of the equivalent i7, with additional support for ECC RAM and vPro.  So the Xeon theoretically has better silicon quality - so theoretically less voltage is converted to heat at the same clock speeds.  You may not see an appreciable temperature difference.

 

FWIW, I've undervolted two Xeons in these laptops; one was 100% stable at -115 mV (both core and cache), the other stable at -120 mV.  I'm not sure how that compares to the i7s.

 

 

 

I had an i7-9750H for four years, and it was completely stable at -125mV/-215mV for cache/core.

 

With Speedshift = 0 (Windows power plan set to High Performance) I could maintain it at -135mV/-225mV.

 

i7, i9, Xeon... I think it all depends on the silicon lottery.

 

I agree that a 180W charger is sufficient for i7 (6-core) versions.

Thank you guys for answers.I think i need not to bother about other cpu,my 8750 is fully enough for today.Only i'll change gpu.Do you know a difference between delta and sunon fans,what are better?

Delta fans create less high frequency noise at high speeds.  Not a necessary upgrade, but a nice-to-have if you are already taking off your heatsink.  They are distinguished by a white plug (instead of black), and no sticker on the fan hub.
