Tenzzy Posted yesterday at 01:31 PM Posted yesterday at 01:31 PM I bought the AW17 last week and have since installed the A14+ BIOS and run some benchmarks. However, since yesterday, it won't turn on. When I press the power button, the FX LEDs light up, but the screen remains black (not even the backlight comes on), and I don't hear any beeps. Is there anything I can do? Is there anything I can do? Did you change anything on the BIOS in terms of settings? Because your sounds like a dead motherboard or a corrupted BIOS.
Tenzzy Posted yesterday at 02:42 PM Author Posted yesterday at 02:42 PM In the BIOS I changed the video output to PEG, nothing else. Maxware79 Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Remove the GPU and the system should reset the video mode back to the default SG mode, if you changing it to PEG is the cause of your problem.
