Intel Core i9 9900KS 5.1GHz or 5.2GHz binned max 1.3V

Does anybody have a binned 9900KS that can do 5.1GHz all core at 1.29-1.3V or 5.2GHz all core at 1.3V?

I found a 9900K from Gerd Syma on kleinanzeigen, he got 5.2Ghz with 1.37V

 

He doesn't want to tell me his CPU-z scores nor his voltages at 5GHz and 5.1GHz. We can't be sure the 1.37V at 5.2GHz is real or not. No screenshots, no benchmark links.

 

His CPU has the copper IHS plate. I bought from him and he refunded because I asked too many logical and common sense questions.

 

Some people have low IQ and 0 common sense.

 

It's like buying an used car without asking questions! Who would do such things?

Finding a sketchy seller, makes me angry.

 

It's impossible to find a 9900K or a 9900KS binned. My laptop is a P775TM1, of course I need the best efficiency for my custom watercooling 2 in 1 heatsink compatible with RTX 40XX.

 

Can somebody help me find a good chip please... I pay good amount.

Every 9900K I found are trolls and act weird when I ask a Cinebench score at 5GHz...

 

Some say they can do 1.25V at 5GHz but don't backup their claims.

Hi, I have a 9900KS that may be of interest.

On an ASUS Maximus XI Formula with a custom water loop it does 5.1 GHz all-core, AVX offset 0, 4.6 GHz ring/cache at 1.31 V manual BIOS voltage with LLC6. It passed OCCT AVX2 Extreme for 10 minutes with 0 errors and 0 WHEA errors.

At 1.30 V BIOS voltage I did get a WHEA error, so I would not honestly advertise it as fully AVX2-stable at 1.30 V.

I also tested 5.2 GHz, but it was not OCCT AVX2 Extreme stable in the 1.34–1.37 V BIOS range. 5.3 GHz completed lighter SSE/Time Spy testing at 1.38 V, but I have not validated 5.3 as fully daily stable.

One important point: these results were obtained on a desktop Maximus XI Formula with custom water cooling. If you intend to use the CPU in a laptop/Clevo system, the required BIOS voltage may be different because of VRM behavior, LLC/Vdroop, BIOS implementation and cooling. The same silicon can therefore show different set-voltage requirements on another platform.

If your 1.29–1.30 V requirement refers to actual load voltage rather than BIOS-set voltage, let me know, because that is also important when comparing results.
