Clevo P751dm2-g (XMG U507) Prema bios

hello everyone i've just got a clevo P751DM2-G  or XMG U507 with a i7-6700k and a gtx 1070 and i heard about prema bios mod that unlock the overclocking settings in the bios.

the question is do you know where i can get it ?

hmmm, thats a tricky subject. in "ye olden days" Prema Mod used to be freely accessible and donation based until someone decided to copy and use it commercially for their own gain.

nowadays you either get it from a Prema Partner vendor against a fee or from the great Wizard himself 🙂

ok i understand is there a chance for me to be able to contact "the great wizard"? or there is other bios mod that enable oc on this laptop ?

there is also the Dsanke bios mod, which used to be freely available on NBR but not sure where you could get it from nowadays. you can try searching through the NBRchive here: https://www.nbrchive.net/

or maybe try over at TechInferno forums?

second i have see a mod bios on inferno forums but i can't download the files even with a verified account i don't know why

no worries man, thats what NBT is for 🙂 if i remember correctly, you need a specific amount of posts on TI first before u can start downloading stuff.

ok understand and with the dsanke's bios i can keep my skylake cpu whitout upgrade to a coffee lake right ?

i think so, but dont take my word for it, since ive never personally tried it myself 🙂 but in general u retain backwards compaibility but gain forward compatibility, yeah.
