any way to stop w10 security center service.?

am on 21H2. service is greyed out i did search and found a registry to disable service. 

wich it does. it disables service but yet the service its still running.

i know Mr fox has a script to remove it nut just want to disable and have the service stopped.

dell precision m4600

i7 2760QM

8GB ram

MX500 crucial SSD 500GB.

Double Click and enjoy. But chose the correct reg file, LOOL

I'm not sure if it's the same service you're talking about, but in the past I've used nsudo to launch into services.msc and disable it from there

well i read that i should disable it as it scan in the background. but actually i want to keep it because i did find a way to disable it but it also stops the notification that the file you are about to open or downloaded has a virus.  they did not mentioned this  they said it scan 

wu if its upto date ect.
