I'm not sure if 5.14.10.10 is the same as 5.14.1.1 ??? Dell shows Other Available Versions 5.13.11.19, A2509 May 2023 5.9.8.17, A2002 Mar 2022 but no mention of the 5.14.1.1 version on Dell's site. I downloaded, checked the checksum and signature, and installed the 5.14.10.10 version from dell.com for my system. Rebooted, and the fingerprint reader now works again. Under device manager, the fingerprint reader however still shows driver version 5.14.1.1 the same as before. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
