Acer Predator Orion 9000

Well now it's time to introduce the big brother of the Predator 21X. The Predator Orion 9000 with a Zotac RTX 4090 and a Predator X35 Monitor. This monster is a dream come true. It plays all the Games butterly smooth and should be enough for the next few years.

It's a prebuilt, I bought the Desktop for 2200$, the monitor for 850$ and the Graphics card for like 2200$. The Predators used to have an awesome look, the desktop definitely looks as nice as the 21X. The monitor is 35 inches curved and has 200hz. I can use hdr with it which is nice. The cpu is an 8700k, it's not the best pairing option with the 4090 but it still performs great. I would say that I loose 15-20 fps because of the cpu but it's not so noticeable since it performs at a resolution 3440 x 1440. I have 32GB of Ram. 1T of ssd space and 8T of HDD space for all my games. The motherboard is a Z37H4-AA from Acer, the highest cpu upgrade it can have is the i9 9900ks and the power supply is a FSP 1000W gold certified psu. I will post pictures later.

cool i can see that ure leaving a nice wide gap from the gpu power connector for it to not bend much, well done. those news currently floating around about melting power connectors make me a bit uneasy about my new monster desktop 😅
