    @seanweewow man, nice score. can't believe your beating a 32 core thread ripper. this is just insane and exciting times. one major issue though. no good games are coming out for like 6-12 months. and when they do come they are usually shoddy ports.

    and this is what I love about NBR. like 15 posts in a hour to someone that doesnt even speak english @xXxWITCHxXxpost and translate the english so that you just seem to have poor english. dont type in russian just go through the work of translation. mods will close the thread if its in another language

    Dang. You would make a killer salesman. I have had 1080p since the sandy bridge days. I was thinking 4080 lenovo should be good enough for 4k..but yuck the 12gb vram . 16gb will soon be the new 2gb. I don't think I have any options besides the 4090 for 4k gaming..but if I can just hang on by the seat of my pants for a year and a half..

    now this im interested in. I was speking a desktop and its 3300 for a decent setup and only a 3060ti. too expensive, but cheaper in the long run. but this lenovo has my attention, I like everything about it. I could have it in a few months of saving and im sure the longevity of it would be a few years at 1440p. I have no money right now, so i'll have to hang tight. one thing im thinking though is im at 1080p and thats roughly 2 million pixels and with double the power and running at 4 million pixels its basically just that either play at 1080p or play at 1440p with the same performance. I think im going to hang tight. I want it but it would be pointless as 1080p looks sharp on a 16in display and I have my 4k/120 tv if I want a higher density or bigger picture. and if im just going to hook it up to a 4k display im better off buying a desktop

    hes from ukraine. it wouldn't be hard to translate and talk to him that way hes probably going through alot..kindness in trying times and we should make an exception

    it crashes when I set it to realtime thermal limited ac is near its in descrete graphics mode no igpu

    I was wrong yet again! on a roll with errors lol 70 points lower without the laptop cooling pad. I actually thought it helped but in the big scheme of things it did nothing windows 10 definitely performs better than 11, but thats been established. I am out of ideas on how to get in the top 10.

    cool stuff. I asked london drugs if they would paste my laptop, they will do phase change pads but not liquid metal. too bad. but doesn't the phase change pads perform better than liquid metal? and how much honeywell will I need to buy. Im going to buy the PC Pads on the 1st and get it done professionally as im terrible with this sort of thing. and will buy the gt500 thanks for your responses. I can't wait to see if I can break 13 000 in cinebench r23 (11800h)

    spent my coffee money on a laptop cooler(its awful) it lowers temps by 1c but allows the cpu to run at a faster speed. so I ran r23 my old high was 11400 I got 1000 more points this time around so I guess the 30 bucks was worth it. returned the cooler. I needed something. it was terrible anyways bestbuys brand name generic cooler. I think im going to buy honeywell thermal pads and get london drugs to install it as if i mess something up im to blame and not covered. they screw up I get a new laptop lol....sinister I know. I wish there was a mini AC unit that one could buy to blow on a laptop. Mr Fox had a pretty cool setup with the vents from a AC unit. which reminds me, I need to get that NUC if its still available. I might get money on the 21st, some climate action incentive payment everyone gets in alberta its lke 221. I get a double payment as I don't usually collect it due to stock trading taxes ect.

    now that I believe, Most people are gaming at 1440p or 1080p and don't see much ram being used especially if they dont have a 16gb vram card. I think having 64gb is perfect, ill be set for a few years as I decided my next computer will be a desktop and not for another 3-4 years. by then 64gb will be the new 16gb.. another deciding factor is resale value, I noticed alot of people are buying decent laptops and upgrading ram and storage then selling the laptop for triple or quadruple the price. suckers are born everyday.

    I can't understand or compute 24 freekin tb..but dude I just got a 2tb ssd as a gift and am thinking of getting a 4tb p3 by crucial. 6tb seems like a lot it would hold my 250 games which iv'e never done. but it would be pretty awesome to have 250 games at my finger tips.

    Im not sure the reason why but during crysis remastered sessions im breaking 15gb of ram and the system uses 9gb so 24gb total. I don't think this is normal, but it is what it is. only way to lower this is with low textures, and still it uses 10gb, all at 4k. my order has shipped yeah, nothing says perfecto like free. I know for a fact 64gb is overkill, better to have too much than not enough.
