Yes, but the core temperature mapping is different now, core 0, and 1 are not that hot. The cores in centre (5, 6, 7 and two clusters of E-cores) have higher temperature than two sides. Still, the heatsink has problem and I am asking dell to replace another one for me.

I just received my Precision 7680, it shows an extremely poor performance with thermal throttling. Configuration: - i9-13950HX - RTX 3500Ada I don't know if it's in a similar case as what we saw on Precision 7x70 before. I do replace the thermal paste with Honeywell 7950 thermal pad for both CPU and GPU die. - CPU throttled at ~110W (100 Celsius degree) - CPU idle temp at 70 Celsius degree. You can do that, but you also need to replace the original camm interposer. The interposer used along with the pure CAMM board is thicker than that used along with the SODIMM daughter board. You may ask the Dell Advisor to order the daughter board and interposer.

Has anyone tried the new RAM spec (48GB * 2) on their 7770/7670? I thought it needs some special support in BIOS, so not sure if ours support that.

Update: Dell Canada can order the GPU card up to RTX 5000 Ada Gen for 7x80, and the bad news is 4090 laptop GPU is not seperately sold. Hope Dell can provide a model like a combination of WD22TB4 and WD19DC, so that users can still have ability to connect 2 thunderbolt devices when the WD19DC dock connected😃

Does it mean the system can accept power up to 210w with the WD19DC plugged in? My 5760/5770 meet battery drainage when the system has a high workload, good to know Dell tried to improve the power option for the 5000 series.
