I am running Windows 11 and the Clevo Control Center is just fine. It is a buggy mess but it works. For CPU/GPU/keyboard. AFAIK it works on W11 just the same as on W10.

Viktor probably meant that it is fixed in the dsanke BIOS he provided. Anyway, it changes absolutely nothing whether or not it shows 3080 there or unknown. So don't worry about it too much. You might want to get the version Viktor provided if you want to get rid of the inf problem though.

Hi! Is your BIOS unlocked? I don't remember anymore, but I think if your max ratio is 12 then higher ratios are available on a unlocked BIOS version. Because on unlocked BIOS there is another seperate menu for RAM adjustments if I remember correctly.

Hi! I just noticed a rather annoying problem. I think my clevo hibernates itself after 2 or 3 hours and it is annoying. How can I fix that? For example I am upscaling video that encodes for 10 hours and I leave it be (as it is using a lot of resources and sounds like a jet engine) and i will check after 2-3 hours and my PC is just off. I turn it on and it returns as if it was waken from sleep but it was not in fact in sleep. I just checked and Windows is set to never sleep. Are there settings for hibernation somewhere? The worst part is when I turn it on it just keeps on encoding at whatever % it was at and as if nothing happened 😕 So it doesn't crash just my guess is it hibernates but whyyyy ;( Thanks!

Not really. I am pretty sure microcode updates are only for security reasons. And even those are probably really niche. But I like to be on the latest stuff either way so that's why I update it for myself. But there might be something I haven't noticed I am not 100% sure but I doubt it.

Maybe somebody can fix the BIOS afterwards though.

It is because your BCLK is in downspread mode and it is set to 50%. This is the default in almost all computers so that's why.

Why do you guys are so desperate for the fan control software? I am rocking the three modes that the basic CCC gives me and I am happy lol =D I hate CCC for other things but not fan control. Like for example it gets in the way of GPU OC. And possibly even messes with CPU max frequency for some reason but fan control I don't mind at all.

I would press down D and it would work and then just vanish and not register no matter how hard i pressed it. I would let the laptop sit for a bit and it would start working again, but if i started pressing it for a bit again it would slowly stop registering again. So it was more like it would work for a bit or it would start to not work and register 50/50 until not working at all etc. But in my case it was only with D. Yeah cleaning is good! Isopropyl alcohol is very good too, just sometimes have to be a bit careful as it tends to eat away some stuff like traces or glue and other things. For CPU and GPU cleaning etc its good! That's the thing, it is expensive and at one point I thought of selling this PC as I can't afford to change keyboards every 7 months...

UUID is tied to a value stored in BIOS. It should stay the same no matter how many times you reinstall windows unless you change it yourself. You can check your UUID with HWInfo. I tried checking your way and just got some error.

ahh yes, another victim of the absolute trash that is P775TM1 and all other compatible model keyboards. I wish I wasn't the bearer of bad news but those keyboards are very unreliable. I myself am on my third (in needing of a new FOURTH) keyboard. Exactly the same problem that you are describing. For me on all three keyboards the D button just started dropping keys like crazy. I wouldn't notice it that bad on typing, but in games like Rocket League and others it would become unusable. It is unfortunate, but these keyboards just straight up suck. I have seen them on eBay and AliExpress for like 70euros. However I will try to fix mine by ordering some liquid metal paint or whatever it is called and fixing the traces in the keyboard layers. Actually just cleaning the layers fixed my issue with the D key, but I used isopropyl alcohol and i didn't know it will eat away the traces if not careful. So yeah. But 100% the keyboard itself is just horrible.

p775 RTX 2080 vbios flashed -> black screen ---FIXED!!!!
srs2236 replied to Kyser777's topic in Sager & Clevo
Like I said I think there is but you first have to convert your 2080 to g-sync. I think this is done by changing a strap resistor somewhere on the board and then flashing the g-sync BIOS or in your case the 200W BIOS. Check info here: 200W VBIOS for RTX 3080 does not exist unfortunately. -

@Kyser777 I think you can convert your 2080 in to a g-sync one by changing some kind of strap resistor on the board. I think there was a tutorial for this somewhere on the internet. -
Nice job! Check windows event viewer if you get any PCI-E errors.

Help selecting best NVMe SSD for P775TM1-G - preferably with heatsink
srs2236 replied to DLoa's topic in Sager & Clevo
"Is there a difference in using either of these slots of the motherboard in the P775TM1-G chassis for my primary OS m2 SSD?" I don't think there is a difference. But you can test it if you want. I think I did such tests back when I tested the SSD's and found no difference in speed. Also if you are wondering why I myself have RAID0 while not recommending it is because I am just too lazy to reinstall windows haha. 😄 But I don't run it at the dangerous setting and many many many crashes later there is not a single data loss. Escape from Tarkov especially likes to crash my computer atleast twice a gaming session lmao. 😄
