It helps only in combination with additional blowing on the radiator and it needs to be installed on the crystal, that is, first a good thermal paste, then a copper plate, then thermal paste again on the plate and you apply the radiator evenly from above, everything needs to be done carefully, and thermal pads need a little more layer so that the plate does not come off the crystal and presses well. The result: the idle temperature is from 29 degrees, the load is 77. -
