  1. Only 60$ never saw something like that....fells like buying 2tb usb sticks on temu when i saw that price πŸ˜…
  2. Thanks for the reply πŸ‘ πŸ˜€ Yea I can connect a mini hdmi monitor to see what's going on....let me try quick...
  3. hey everyone.... i recently buyed a clevo p771dm1-g for 80€ with a faulty 965m (bad artifacts and crash after driver install reballing not helped ) and with i5-6500 and single stick 16gb samsung ram...with unlocked prema bios.. right now the gpu died now and rebailling again did not help...atcually i am searching for a replacement with 970/80m but until then I wanted to use it with my old mxm graphics card (also from clevo )that I have here.. As I already felt, I got a black screen with all 3 cards , there are Gtx 670M 1.5gb - Gtx 570M and gtx 560m...It has a Prema BIOS and the cards come from Clevo P170HM as far as I can remember and they definitely worked but wanted to know exactly why it doesn't work with the 771dm1... because of the chipset? vbios? ips display? I mean, where is the limitation? Best Regards
  4. From now I definitely want to keep my 775 and upgrade much as possible, that's why i wanted to get updates from you on how your 775 is doingπŸ˜‡
  5. Why I am asking because I could finally find a good priced 3080 on ebay...also buyed i9 9900kf time ago but not installed yet because the i7 8700k and rtx 2060 was enough for now....Actually I wanted to buy a new gaming laptop with 13gen i7 and rtx 4000 series gpus but most of them unfortunately have fewer USB ports and no support for 2.5 HDD, not even the 17,18 inch ones and I love the 775 so much...they are really robust machines, and you can still get spare parts from Clevo directly...buyed new display cable 2 months ago πŸ˜…
  6. Hey buddy Just wanted ask you how your machine is going until now...are you still happy with it or still have some problems so solve..actually also wanted to ask @MiRaGe but mybe he will read this thread πŸ˜…
  7. I can confirm this from my friend...he also finally decided to upgrade from his x170 to capriva x370 but after a month Due to the temperatures, he ended up selling it cheaper again...he even tried a few small cooling mods but unfortunately it didn't help...
  8. Another thing that unfortunately bothers me about the new notebooks are except the BGA chips, the USB ports are becoming less and less or also the 2.5 inch slots will disappear sadly...i saw 18 inch notebooks with just 2 usb ports and no 2.5 drive...and only two m2 pcie slots πŸ˜… My next upgrade might be the x170 or most likely an ITX desktop PC but currently I'm still very happy with my 775dmg3 sooo....
  9. I had all of the copies before losed my hdd back then...it was Fan control, driver update, control station and keyboard led as far I know.... I rly hope someone can re-upload them here again πŸ˜” 🀧 Otherwise I could not not find them on www....
  10. Thanks for the tips buddy but I also tested it with clean windows so without clevo center...but that tools sounds great so would be rly helpful until I can fix this problem I don't want to replace this great machine and buy the newest burning laptops for cooking food πŸ˜… I am still amazed how much upgradebility this machine has with 128gigs ram,3080.......
  11. Hey everyone As the title says...I have problems with the graphics card fan...i am have this clevo 775 model since 2020...I've struggled with a few problems until now which I was able to solve easily....such like cpu ,gpu, display upgrades etc..has done its job so far until I noticed this problem only after it shut down twice while gaming... The problem is that the GPU fan doesn't respond to gpu temps...no matter how many degrees the GPU reaches, the GPU fan remains constant at around 1200rpm...manual fan curve from control center doesn't help...only when I set fans to max or hit fn+1 then the gpu and cpu fan goes to full speed...cpu fan working perfect and also responding to cpu temp... Already tried everything like reinstalling Windows with clean drivers + tested with 3 different GPUs,1070, 1080 and 2060 also different cpu,ram and ssd...luckily i had one 775 fan lying as replacement but its the same sadly even i swich the fans...Also flashed different BIOS like Dsanke, Stock, Eurocomm but nothing changes after troubleshooting so long... i think its hardware problem but i dont know what exactly... So you are my last chance boys 😞 i uploaded a small screen record video here... on mark 54 second i hit fn+1 as you can see on this video https://jmp.sh/s/VoG9Zy2bqE31LWU7saPE for know i can use it with hitting fn+1 when gpu temp rises....so lets see how it goes
  12. Good job buddy πŸ‘ Do you using one or two 300w power supplies πŸ€” As far I can see the max power consumption you had was around 160w...it's abit low for a 80 super Also your temps are like a 775 with separate heatsinks πŸ˜… It's a bit strange for the p870 with better cooling power than 775....
  13. I asked him a bit detailed...again he have a p775tm1 with a eurocomm x4c custom bios...delidded i9 9900kf overclocked...he modded and overclocking his 2080s...no shunt mod but he filled the empty chip spots with something to gain more stability on overclocking....he has the watercooling heatsink from ali for 20 Series otherwise the air cooling hits its limits easily he said.... He will check how much power draw he gets while using the two 330w power supply with y splitter...bdw he is from UK..
  14. I am not clevo hardware specialists but It might be the tm1 power delivery system is more powerful than dm3 series...mostly it should work on p870 serie fine when you consider they sli system πŸ˜…
  15. I thought there is no change that the 80 super would work on tm1 but maybe right bios helps πŸ˜‰ I will ask him detailed lets see
