Yes, that is true. They don't even arrest people for shoplifting any more. Even stealing cars is treated like a minor misdemeaner and downgraded to "unauthorized use" instead of grand theft in some of the more liberal jurisdictions. It is very sad how soft on crime our nation has become.

that is sad.  who cover this losses.? its not fair.

i have heard stories of middle east i beleive that steling gets your hand cut off.  wich reminds me of the previous candidates wehn ALMO won one of them said if you steal have them have their hands cut off. funny is that he end up in jail LOL because he stole money when he was governor. 

i think the world needs to be more educated. 

one thing i remembered when i arrive in the US. was when my mom talked to other people was that in the US in california you can leave your stuff outside and nobody will take it. one of the things i saw outside were those big power wheels electric cars on the lawn.. yes there are good and bad people and some will steal.

Had to shut down all my social media a month ago cause of a stalker.  

 

That person made actual contact w/me today driving after me yelling when I was on my run.

People that have never been here and believe what they see and hear on the "news" being critical of the United States. Equally annoying, those born here that do the same thing, don't know how good they have it, and foolish enough to believe the grass is greener. To them I say, "Go ahead... FAFO." 🤣

i love mexico but if i had to choose between mexico and US id  pick the US. hands down. i love both countries both had been my home. its so much better in the US and i was more happy there. so you are all blessed to be living on that country.

It's pretty simple: some materials are age restricted. Kids can't buy booze or smokes either, offline or online.

Much easier find such materials (videos) for kids than easly buy booze or smoke from the stores. You just can't compare it.
