@SuperMG for your preoblem, do u have all voltage on vga ? some voltage maybe is misisng ? vcore, memory and so on...

If it's cold, it means no power. VRAM and Core are cold. 

 

P3000 has a strange behavior. It's cold too but makes the laptop shutdown 5-6 seconds after powering on. Meanwhile the 3080, 4070 and 4090 standard MXM are all cold but don't make the laptop shutdown, it stays on idle.
