(BOUGHT) I want to buy a Clevo P570WM ($1000+)

SuperMG

Recommended Posts

Update: I already bought one and also an extra motherboard! It was really hard to find them...

Hello.

I'm writing this post in order to find someone who's willing to sell me their Clevo P570WM (Sager NP9570, XMG W713) double MXM slots with X79 chipset.

I searched on the net and didn't find a single listing for this laptop.

I would like to have this laptop without a CPU and without GPU, just barebone.

I hope some of you have this laptop or knows where to find one...

Hello.. that's sad, don't you have some for sale for your country/area?

Nope, if there were I probably would have bought one for the collection.

you can try contacting Eurocom to see if they have any old stock

Eurocom are expensive as heck. Just for two GTX 980M you have to pay near a thousand

I still have a working one, but it is not for sale.  My daughter took her first steps on it, which is sentimental to me. 😄

Back in time, I ordered whole Clevo laptops in parts from Clevo Germany

You're lucky. I only have a X7200 with GeForce 485M + Quadro P5200. Since NVIDIA drivers are weird, I'm limited at 70% of power. The P570WM can use a more recent 10 cores CPU and the master MXM slot can display upto Nvidia Maxwell instead of Kepler...

I can buy an used P570WM for 750USD if interested. (NO CPUs, no GPUs)

I do but they do make NPC responses.

I told them 900-1000 USD with shipping, barebones, with heatsinks only.

The sales team are sleeping. One answer every 12 hours insane. How do people get jobs but can't do them properly. I don't even think there's a lot of people who are mailing them, I'm probably the only one right now for sure.

I mean I answer them as soon as I get their mail but they ghost me for 12 hours until I get an answer. It's just a generic looking answer. I told them 4 times to send me pictures and they don't even do that lmao

You're badgering them about a 10 year old barebones laptop during likely a somewhat busy Easter period, have some respect for people busy at work please, the world does not revolve around your laptop wants and needs.

Hello. Been 10 days chatting with them and now they tell me it's sold out 😕

If someone here has a P570WM, I can give you 1100 USD for it (barebones). So if you need some money or want to feed your family, come and send me an offer.

How are you enjoying the rig? I grabbed one too. I needed dvi-i out (or vga out) in a mobile solution to hookup into sony pvm and bvm crt monitor for retro gaming. Fastest notebook gpu compatible to drive those monitors for retro gaming is the amd 8970m. Im going to put those in crossfire to see what i can get away with for "not so retro-retro gaming" like 2013ish era, on the eDP 120hz display it has. This setup seemed like it was the solution, going to run it with i7-4960x with an overclock. I grabbed the 780w psu too. 32gb ram as well. Im hoping it will be okay for windows 10 light app use too. Tariffs-woof

I upgraded it with a Xeon E5 1680 v2 and RTX 4090. It took me 4 weeks to find a laptop for sale... I even have a spare motherboard too.

The DVI won't work anymore on RTX 4080/4090 GPUs. But 4070 works with DVI! Although it's not as fast as the 4090...
