Undervolt the P-core, undervolt the E-core, undervolt and/or overclock the cache, ICCMax = Unlimited on both the iGPU and the CPU. Now as im willing to OC ram i find the xmp profile cant be selected in bios, Checking my ram its PnP not XMP. Do inneed xmp to oc the ram? Also how did you changed the speed in bios, When i select 6400 it does stick in bios but in windows it says 5600mhz...

To enable the XMP profile in the BIOS, you need memory modules with XMP profiles. To manually adjust the memory, XMP memory modules are not necessary. Change the profile to manual and adjust the settings. Simply changing the target memory frequency is not effective.

I can select custom profile, but there is no option to select what frequency i need. Edit: i got it, memory ration " 33.333 gives the frequency. I will play with the timing now, 1

Thx for the reply, I booted on 6800mhz but my xmg control center is broken, its not working anymore, Reinstalled it did nothing. Tested eluktronic one, same think. I think my bios is interfering. What CC do you use? Any other one that i can test? Found the dream machine (std) works, but options are missing and mux switch is not working... Any idea how to fix this? Edit: tested in another windows installation same problem

I think i need to reflash my bios, Im using mechrevo CC but same as dream machine, Screen calibration is not working mux switch too, the switch need to be done in bios. If not for fn key mismatch i would flash XMG bios. Hydroc g2 has same fn key layout

Is it possible to get the Premamod BIOS without an Eluktronics laptop? I messaged Prema about this, but haven't received a response... I really want the higher power limit (250W vs 210W), as well as the extra adjustment options. So far I have found that increasing Cache to 4.0Ghz actually increased latency. There is a VF Curve applied by default, but Cache overclocking only works with VF offset and needs higher voltage to be stable. I think its only offered for Eluktronics laptops. From what I was told Bootguard is enabled by default with most OEMs so flashing an unsigned bios would not boot regardless. I was even told to not load the XMG bios (while I was waiting for Premamod to become available) as that would fuse Bootguard and lock out any modded bios on that motherboard going forward. I cannot even take advantage of the 250W limit without the liquid cooling addon, but do appreciate all of the other adjustment options. As it stands I think yours still has better latency number than mine, and I have yet to even approach the sub-80ns range I have seen from Legion 7i Pro G10 users. My settings were all tested in several tests over a few hours. Everything is 100% stable until then... Regarding the cache, initially I kept it at 3.8GHz with an undervolt of -80mV, but I realized during testing that the undervolt on the cache delivered practically no benefits (maybe 1 to 2W less at full load). Then I tried overclocking in XTU and discovered that for 4.0GHz it was enough to maintain the original voltage, without undervolting. With the ring at 3.8 GHz and everything else the same, I get about ~86 ns. I believe that with Hynix A-die single rank it's possible to achieve 7600MT/s CL36 and latency below 80ns. We'll see... I'm waiting for a reasonable price to buy 2x16gb Fury Impact 6400MT/s CL38 and test it. As for the BIOS update, I haven't updated to the XMG BIOS yet for fear of something going wrong, but I've seen several reports that it works.

The problem with xmg bios is the FN key layout which are not the same as ours. 1

I would recommend this machine to anyone. It is properly optimized in both software and hardware. The machine is a Medion Erazer, but it matches the XMG NEO machine perfectly, so I installed the XMG BIOS on it and used the XMG Control Center, and I don't regret it. How did you for the FN key layout? Xmg dont have same layout as yours 1
