momo25
Hello everyone! Just finished repairing, cleaning and restoring my M18X. When I put it back together I broke the little tab on the HDD ribbon cable. Does anyone know where I can get one of these? Couldnt find the part number or anything similar. Thanks in advance! Eban
If McGuyver was here he'd use some duct tape...or electrical tape will do. Eban
If you have micro soldering skills you could just replace the entire FFC clamp but its a pain. Last resort I guess would be hot glue...but personally I'd try more tape first. Bonne chance I somehow got it to hold now... it's pretty unfortunate since i wanted to sell it and before I was finished cleaning it that thing broke
