What performance you receive comparing to one 3080 i thinking you using i9 9900k with it which is also bottlenecking one of those card i can't imagine how bad is with two... Do you also tried mxm to pcie adapters maybe?

Nice you still working on it. I also was planning to buy some 51m R2 but let me thinking it's a only one generation higher without two ram slots... briliant move from Dell side... Which BIOS and which mods you will recommend to most stable work with i9 9900K and 3080? i have two Z370 and one Z170 still didn't start work on waiting to ali water/air cooler to arrived. You know maybe is there any diffrence between z170 and z370 maybe this weekend gonna compare the chassis to possible upgrade that z170 if newer chipset provide more stable work on that i9

On the beginning... Great topic srs 2236 thank you for your hard work Sir. My kid grow up and finaly asked me for PC after some years of playing on xbox. I have Three P775 two z370 and one z170 luckly i bought two rtx 3080 while my friend was on short trip in the US. And yup, i9 9900k are also here. Also ordered air/water coolers from ali now i thinking on TaoBao was probably cheaper... nevermind seller gifted me third fittings for free... quite exppensive btw. Those laptops came later with RTX 20 series so they made special cooler for it? Because seller on ali said those new coolers can be also used with GTX 10 series what make me confused... we all know 9th series i9 are pretty hot anybody tried direct die in those laptops? Are any major differences between z170 and z370 motherboards? yet didn't compare those boards because i need to leave z170 for my wife to use... Buuut if they are more stable on i9 it's worth to upgrade? Maybe im gonna be able to compare these two because you mentioned guys there is some chassis difference? (maybe today...) Just to be sure im still after BIOS update to use 9th series the latest EC i found is 1.07.16? And latest BIOS is 1.07.29 right? To use 3080 i need to change subsystem ID to a X170 one RTX BIOS don't need changes?
