Now I'm very excited for this game that is scheduled to release on october 10th 2023 for xbox and PC. It is looking truly next gen and will not be coming out for xbox one it will be a game pass game but i'm going to be buying it for 79.99 when it releases. The graphics are insane, I remember seeing horizon 5 for the first time and thinking, is this real do I get to play with this or is this pre rendered. Now step forward 3 years and they topped horizon 5 with full ray tracing and 4k textures, as for customization you can change just abouut anything from tire pressure to how much gas you have in the tank. I am very excited for this as I'm a big Forza Anything fan and love every single one of their releases as everytime they release something they take it to another level.

normal is offensive to people with mental disorders, please refrain from using the N word. see the arguement? we all have something if its not one thing its another. unless it was directed at someone it should not be offensive on its own in a innocuous application. I personally have schizoeffective disorder and its basically schizophrenia and bipolar which are both awful disorders, that eventually leads to(or can) brain damage. so I find it extremely offensive when people coin terms like 'normal' but as a thinking individual it's important to see things from another persons angle, we are all unique and I think understanding is key to the success of the human race, otherwise without thinking we are in big trouble. I'm having a hard time with my illness, but I don't take offense to things that are not directed at me, and its pretty sad having someone with brain damage and severe mental impairment explaining the reasoning.

I'm also having troubles sticking to a game, feel off. But the game I keep dabbling in is grid legends, easy to control the cars and gorgeous looking game albeit less of a challenge.

you guys in labrador are getting 21c all week, thats just perfecto. I wish we were around 21-25c for a week or two, we always seem to be freezing cold or scorching hot.

Im using a vbios from another laptop. 140w vs 100w maybe somethings wrong with the config. it was running for a while when it shut off, but I have no idea why. im thinking some other component. also I just ran grid autosport on a loop for an hour temps peaked at 76c-79c on cpu and gpu, so I guess im happy with the results but it would be nice to overclock for games like cyberpunk 2077

im getting better temps, 64-60c on gpu and 75sih on cpu with vsync on. without, it just keeps going up until computer shuts off. what temps should I be getting? I'd like to add, the computer only shut down once and it was overclocked and overvolted. a undervolted gpu an cpu seems to fix the issues, i just played gta v for 10-20min and temps peaked at 74c and cpu 78c but cpu seemed to have hovered around 2800mhz even though in throttle stop I had it locked to 3.9ghz. either way I guess this is a pretty good turd book low temps in realistic senerios and great performance. here's a pic after the session. and level of performance im getting. thats with 16x AF and high quality settings

for what its worth, the pcie slot is gen 3 if anyone needs to know.

we are alot cooler now, 24-28c much nicer and this summer wasn't half bad, its going to be hot today and hopefully the hot weather will go away again after the weekend.

watched the video its not click bait. But I think it doesn't delve in deep enough to explain anything other than he bought 8000mhz ram and is using it. kinda funny

its all good. all kidding aside I tweaked both of my computers, and going from stock to tweaked with an igpu i went from 12000 in cloudgate to 24000 basically 100 percent increase in performance and double the framerates in games. on my gaming laptop i saw no gains

I might buy the gt500 its only 100 bucks, well worth it if the claims are true. i'd be happy with a 5-10c drop. as for the pads I think after a while and once they set they are king but don't expect a 20c drop in max temps. I think my next step is sell this thing and get a desktop(maybe). only problem with desktops is the gfx cards are hella expensive, 2300 cad for a 4090, sure you get more performance but doesn't seem worth it unless you are well off.

nice freebee @Papusan not bad at all. Im thinking of getting a refurbished desktop on the 27th. I might just bite the bullet and piece it out. buy one or two components each month, gives me time to learn how to piece it all together, probably not very difficult. Best buy has a ton of good deals on refurbished desktops and now its just a matter of finding the best deal.

your getting some serious speeds. I just got my 1tb sn850x gen 4 that goes up to 7300mbs but my slot is gen 3 and it taps out at 3550mbs not sure how your getting 3700? is that a gen 4 slot? either way they say in usage the speed is not important as game loading and app loading is nearly identical between generations give or take 0.1s

KILLER!! All black just the way it should be as per papusans likes. Bro I wish I had a 4090 setup right now, i'd be benching the heck out of it and playing the odd game. I can only watch youtube videos too see how it would perform in my favorite games. right now im having to turn down settings on new games. As for my setup I really like how clean it is, closed laptop with keyboard on top and tv in front, this TV X85J is seriously underrated hence why I bought it. its obscenely bright compared to my older tv and the color coverage is oled esque. blacks(contrast) are I think like 7000 to 1 which isn't like an oled or miniled but it still looks punchy. and as far as the 11th gen and 3060 go its great for most games and since most good games are a few years old its just right. but I can't help but ponder 120fps at 4k on new games

I own a hp dy2018ca. And it is great for content consumption and light audio creation and editing. I am able to get 4 hours of heavy usage which I've never been able to get until owning this laptop. But the screen is an awful 1366x 768 with washed out colors. I upgraded my ram to 16gb and ssd to 1tb. Next will be a oled display upgrade and Backlit keyboard swap. Does anyone know what oled display will work and if the laptop is gen 4 or gen 3. I can't seem to find the nitty gritty on specs. Thanks a bunch
