Somehow, from my testing, I saw a latency decrease from running it at 32 instead of 34. Also, I have seen formulas not only like you say tRCD+tRP, but also tRAS=tRCD+4+tWR (32 if you put my values in) and tRAS=tCL+tRCD (31 if you put my values in). I would leave it even at 31 but at 31 it starts to BSOD for me with memory_managment errors. Which seems weird if it automatically defaults to sum of tRCD+tRP then why become unstable? Try it yourself, I am curious about your results. When I get home I will also double check. But I am pretty sure that it was an improvement because I did very rigid RAM OC testing, even buying new sticks just to try to OC and stuff. This was my best result: I got the same ram module than you (ballistix) how do you modify the ram speed?? , your is 1675mhz.... in my bios with memory ratio at 12 I got only 1600mhz what is your full setting to get your performance including bios etc... is there some secret bios setting needed apart from the main memory overclock menu? Thanks!!!

Thanks!!! Hi! Is your BIOS unlocked? I don't remember anymore, but I think if your max ratio is 12 then higher ratios are available on a unlocked BIOS version. Because on unlocked BIOS there is another seperate menu for RAM adjustments if I remember correctly. I did use the latest driver before , but I switched to 528.24 driver to get the dynamic boost that give me 15 more watt on the RTX3080. my config is a waste as I could double the power with my efficient watercooler. I would like to boost the TDP to 200W minimum... waiting for a mod..
qadhi79
I have a Clevo P775TM1-G (8700K/1080) running Windows 10 and Control Center 5.0001.1.88 Updated to Windows 11 but "CPU Memory OC" utility is not working. Trying to launch results in the utility startup animation getting stuck forever. I have already tried different Windows compatibility modes without success. Anyone who resolved this?
