Only for the very few chosen ones... 5090D (HOF) is banned from sale due the US chips ban, yet this is the GPU they promote the brands products. Even Nvidia should be happy. Almost as free advertising for nvidia and the AIB partner. Just give them a couple of top binned parts, special XOC firmware and XOC tool kit and there you go. 

 

No, you can’t do this at home. Not because it’s not recommended or we don’t believe in your overclocking skills. It’s because achieving similar results requires NVIDIA’s support through a special XOC (Extreme OC) BIOS, which is only provided to select overclockers. It would also require a very specic graphics card and exotic cooling.

 

You only need to make 5 cards with all the bells and whistles. Yep, only for the very few chosen ones.
