Aaron44126
Yeah, I guess it wasn't clear in my post. It was previously unavailable through MSVS (despite being available to OEMs), but it became available through MSVS on October 1 (...I was downloading images from there at the same time that I made my post...), as well as through business volume license systems. I've been using it in an ARM VM on my Mac for a few months with no issues. Haven't upgraded any bare metal systems yet and probably will give it a good six months to shake out any issues. (I just saw this about an undeletable upgrade cache that you might get...) 1 Apple MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2023 (personal) • Dell Precision 7560 (work) • Full specs in spoiler block below Info posts (Windows) — Turbo boost toggle • The problem with Windows 11 • About Windows 10/11 LTSC Spoiler Apple MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2023 (personal) M2 Max 4 efficiency cores 8 performance cores 38-core Apple GPU 96GB LPDDR5-6400 8TB SSD macOS 15 "Sequoia" 16.2" 3456×2234 120 Hz mini-LED ProMotion display Wi-Fi 6E + Bluetooth 5.3 99.6Wh battery 1080p webcam Fingerprint reader Also — iPhone 12 Pro 512GB, Apple Watch Series 8 Dell Precision 7560 (work) Intel Xeon W-11955M ("Tiger Lake") 8×2.6 GHz base, 5.0 GHz turbo, hyperthreading ("Willow Cove") 64GB DDR4-3200 ECC NVIDIA RTX A2000 4GB Storage: 512GB system drive (Micron 2300) 4TB additional storage (Sabrent Rocket Q4) Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 15.6" 3940×2160 IPS display Intel Wi-Fi AX210 (Wi-Fi 6E + Bluetooth 5.3) 95Wh battery 720p IR webcam Fingerprint reader Previous Dell Precision 7770, 7530, 7510, M4800, M6700 Dell Latitude E6520 Dell Inspiron 1720, 5150 Dell Latitude CPi

Papusan
The greedy bastards.... But I won't pay to play with the better and older OS. Microsoft can't force me to use Win 11. And they won't get a dime from me for using Win 10. Losers! Want to keep getting Windows 10 updates? It'll cost you $30 Microsoft confirms that consumers can remain on Windows 10 past the October 2025 end-of-support expiration date with an extra $30 fee 3 "The Killer" ASUS ROG Z790 Apex Encore | 14900KS | 4090 HOF + 20 other graphics cards | 32GB DDR5 | Be Quiet! Currently its at 61% of the OS marketshare while Windows 11 is at 35%. They want people to buy new hardware because of the TPM 2.0 requirement but you can bypass it with rufus to install Windows 11 on unsupported PCs. Papusan
Windows 10 gets full-screen ads that say buy a new PC already Microsoft continues to insist that you move to Windows 11, this time by telling you to buy a Surface Laptop. Ready to buy an Surface-Joke to please Microsoft? @Mr. Fox @ryan +++ This is the last reason I would follow if I would change to a worse OS. Microsoft Pushes Copilot+ PCs on Windows 10 Users With Pop-Up Ads Microsoft doesn't think it's enough to just switch to Windows 11 anymore—it wants you to get a whole new computer. 1 1 "The Killer" ASUS ROG Z790 Apex Encore | 14900KS | 4090 HOF + 20 other graphics cards | 32GB DDR5 | Be Quiet! LTSC builds is mostly used by corps. Not so sure Microsoft want to trigger their harm/anger 🙂 Btw. Also this time you can see Win 11 users got their love from Redmond... Why upgrade to a newer and more buggy OS?
