Rtx 4080 mxm clevo P775TM1-G

I'm messing around with getting my rtx 4080 mxm module put into my clevo P775TM1-G but I can't get the display to work properly. I've tried just about everything. I have the backlight mod from supermg, but when I try to install the driver I'm met with a rainbow line screen and nothing else. The display works fine without a driver, and trying to do the edid manipulation doesn't fix the problem either. Any information would be appreciated. 

 

I got the gpu from a Morefine g1. 

The laptop has the 9900k and the 4k 60hz gsync display.

I got it working, a bit of a iffy thing but it works now. The scripts that are in the tutorial didn't work for me, I had to remote into my laptop and run the scripts manually... Could be my fault bug I'm not complaining.
