Usually Feel Like a Newbie

Recommended Posts

The reason for requested forum access is to learn and share the quirks within a loaded Dell Precision 7760.  Now, experienced at being retired, I started playing with computers in the mid 70s, became an independent IT consultant in 1990, and retired with IT security credentials. As an old guy, I can still envision a life long enough to allow my body to be AI integrated. We aren't that far off. Then again, for all of my adult life, I've thought we aren't that far off of a fusion energy world. My beliefs: love, hope, and scientific methods are wonderful; immense power is best avoided.

Hello and welcome.  Always glad to see Precision users stop by here 😄

Do stop by the Precision 7X60 thread with any questions (or make your own dedicated thread if you see the need).  There are a few active users who know the ins and outs of the system, and we are also interested in delving into quirks or things like that to help out future visitors.  (You might also find the old NBR thread interesting.  Seems like things are most active when the system is new and people are just figuring it out.)
