Also if i put my hand besides the fans i dont feel like the air coming out is that hot its like warm at maximum speed, i had a Toshiba before this laptop and when it reached 84c at max and i put my hand near it i could feel the heat and couldn't leave it for more than 15-30 sec otherwise id feel it burning, the fans are so clean also with the sager and it has plenty of room beneath it to be able to suck air

thats another pointer that there is some kind of bottleneck in terms of heat transfer.

If your not getting any heat on the Vents then you have some serious bottlenecking going on, like i have stated, remove the heatsink its not too difficult to do and a service manual can help P6xxHS/P67xHPx (palkeo.com) Username: Repo Password: Repo File needed: P65XHS_SM.zip.

Should you no want to remove the Heatsink clean the vents out with all the dust using something like a can of compressed air, do not let the fans free spin though, this should help loads for temps.

If you still don't get any heat from the vent area then you have no choice but to remove that heatsink to replace the paste.
