EDIT: In addition, disabling the Above 4GB MMIO BIOS assignment while enabling above 4g decoding should fix the PCI resources error. Resizable BAR option is not visible on my P775TM1.

 

UPDATE: Issue replicated with aforementioned settings. Appears to be an issue during dGPU UEFI loading, because the HDD light blinks during disk detection. It's most likely not a RAM controller issue because the behavior is different from RAM autoreboots - system starts with blank screen, not responsive to keyboard at all, which means the boot process is stuck somewhere before completing POST. Normal Intel System Debug could be to trace the cause but USB ports are disconnected from debug traces in P775TM1. Any ideas?

I also tried with PCI express for PGI to Gen3 and Force x8 - in order to start with PCIex8 always in P775TM1. Same behavior. Not a PCI express bus issue. Most likely caused by a failure of the UEFI component of the graphics card to load with 128GB DRAM.
