  1. version 1.9.8.7 available https://orbmu2k.de/tools/nvidia-inspector-tool http://download.orbmu2k.de/files/nvidiaInspector.zip
  2. i really dont know. i cant remember why he didnt used stock fan. maybe voltage issue. i wasnt concerned about speed as it was for the GPU.
  3. but my fan was for GPU yours is the for the CPU. i think this is more serious. becuase of fan control. you will need a fan that will have to be on at all times fast enough to cool the cpu. there are motherboards that ive seen for 40 dollars on ebay.
  4. here are some pics you can see the pins are no longer there. i think the guy damaged them. the fan
  5. could you take a picture.? like i said mine too broke and was damage could not solder to pins. so replaced fan and manually connected to a usb 2.0 port fan was inside same place as old fan.
  6. if only the housing the plastic part (soket) broke you could take it to someone that can direct solder the fan to the pins. for me this wasnt an option the plastic housing broke tried CA glue after that took it to a place that could direct solder but according to the guy the glue damaged the board and the fan would not work anymore if i solder it directly tro pins.. what we end up was replaced a fan he had cant remember why we didnt used the old 4600 fan. so he installed that fan solder it to a usb cable. that we placeand routed inside and out to the hole that its to lock laptop on the left hand side. then i would connecte it the usb to onw of the 2.0 usb ports to start the fan.
  7. yes when i did the auto start on boot script i found a new version 1.9.8.5
  8. are you going to keep using honeywell or will try other paste.? have you tried SSY.?
  9. UPDATE. ok i got it working copied the shorcut command in properties to .bat file placed it in start up folder and it works. thanks @jaybee83 and @Aaron44126
  10. C:\Users\*****\Desktop\nvidiaInspector\nvidiaInspector.exe -setShaderClock:0,2,1200 -setMemoryClock:0,2,950 -setVoltage:0,2,900 found them.. thanks so this is jaybee script file "C:\Gabriel\Programs\Nvidia Inspector\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setGpuClock:0,0,405 -setMemoryClock:0,0,324 "C:\Gabriel\Programs\Nvidia Inspector\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setGpuClock:0,1,405 -setMemoryClock:0,1,810 "C:\Gabriel\Programs\Nvidia Inspector\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setGpuClock:0,2,540 -setMemoryClock:0,2,1600 "C:\Gabriel\Programs\Nvidia Inspector\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setBaseClockOffset:0,0,0 -setMemoryClockOffset:0,0,400 -setVoltageOffset:0,0,0 -setTempTarget:0,1,92 i only need this edited in file. C:\Users\*****\Desktop\nvidiaInspector\nvidiaInspector.exe -setShaderClock:0,2,1200 -setMemoryClock:0,2,950 -setVoltage:0,2,900
  11. in nvidia inspector after i set clocks.?? yes it creates a shortcut. that when double click on it it sets those clocks. as a reboot resets default clocks. i have the shorcut. what i want is to turn on laptop and have those clocks apply everytime i turn on or restart laptop.
  12. actually on my quadro 2000m is the other way around. clocks is greyed out but when i move shaders slider then clocks moves. but do i have to edit the batch file right.? i found this.. is part of a code. Run, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nvidia Inspector\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setShaderClock:0`,2`,1619 -setMemoryClock:0`,2`,1250 -setVoltage:0`,2`,970`, } in my case since gpu is greyed out i need to set shader.??
  13. thanks but am still a bit confused.. this are the settings i want to change overclock file has this "C:\Gabriel\Programs\Nvidia Inspector\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setGpuClock:0,0,405 -setMemoryClock:0,0,324 "C:\Gabriel\Programs\Nvidia Inspector\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setGpuClock:0,1,405 -setMemoryClock:0,1,810 "C:\Gabriel\Programs\Nvidia Inspector\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setGpuClock:0,2,540 -setMemoryClock:0,2,1600 "C:\Gabriel\Programs\Nvidia Inspector\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setBaseClockOffset:0,0,0 -setMemoryClockOffset:0,0,400 -setVoltageOffset:0,0,0 -setTempTarget:0,1,92 i need to edit this right.? where is memory shade. ?
  14. hypnosis for fun or programing the mind.?
  15. this happened to me. it was late and dark while trying to connect GPU fan the socket housing broke. i CA glue ( i think thats the name cyano ) but didnt worked. took it to a local guy i asked him to solder the fan to the pins. not sure if its true he said that the CA glue ate the plastic material and damaged the board. maybe he tried and messed up. so gpu fan socket was damaged... i end it up placing a fan with a usb cable that i connected on the usb port. not sure about what tools ypu could use. the best thing would be to take it to a repair shop.
  16. yes but i got it from china too k 2 weeks to deliver to mexico. here https://www.ebuy7.com/item/641009621899
  17. not sure if it needs break in. but i did notice -5 celsius with honeywell got higher score not sure if its the paste or if it was second run. i have only used MX4 so applying honeywell was different not as wet and runny as mx4.
  18. honeywell paste just arrive now. will try it on later tonight. am shocked it took 2 weeks to arrive. i had buy on ali express back in 2019 gpu fan took 2 months... w/mk its just a reference number. in my opinion. or different set up of PC. differenet way of pasting weather ect.
  19. could you help on that batch file. i want nvidia inspector to run at start up.
  20. @Aaron44126 done that. after a restart it doesnt change default clocks.??
