it is strange.. i just gave up on it. the commands works for me on windows 11..

some said it can be overclocked he had a 2920xm though. my keyboard broke so i need a replacement. ive seen one laptop with 2920xm and was wondering if i was worth getting one.. last night i started monitoring temps and normal usage hits early 80C. i came to conclusion that maybe due to heat you would not be able to gain much performance.. i have never had a overclockable cpu. so am not sure what 100nhz could raise temps to. right thats why i asked because i see 2860qm cheaper i asked here

can you tell me your clocks after overclock. stock is 2.5 ghz and 3.5ghz how much more were you able to overclock. ?

care to share your temps and how much more can you gain. and what program.?

since my keyboard is gone i been looking a for for parts m4600 and one of those happen to have th i7 2920XM question is can it be overclock.? needs unlocked bios.? or it wont matter it wont overclock.? and if it does any idea how much more can it go.?

thanks . sorry it took this long to reply but i never received notification.. for my quadroo 2000m laptop this is the latest driver i can use.. apparently there are new drivers but those wont open the nvidia control panel.. my idea was find what laptops use this driver so maybe they have a newer driver that would open nvidia control panel. as some manufacturers support is different some gives you more updates some wont.

is the service WMI windows managment intrumentation enabled.? this on windows 11 its an optinal feature if i uninstall then it doesnt work. i think there is a service WMI. see if you have it.

this happens to me on m4600. windows 11. if clean install then slider does work. once you install the gpus drivers it stops working. you can adjust in bios or use this command SET BRIGHTNESS (Get-WmiObject -Namespace root/WMI -Class WmiMonitorBrightnessMethods).WmiSetBrightness(1,50) this is 50% change the las 2 digits to change on the go.

after testing for a while i found out that pressing 2 keys makes the keyboard stop.. that is key number seven and key number eight. if i press lightly it works but after i press harder it just stops working.. any ideas if it can be fixed.?

could be the flex cable the end that connects to the motherboards i see the flat pins have worn by the clip that hold them .. i do not have a spare keyboard.. mine doesn't have backlight .

sorry using onscreen kkeyboard to type worf fine the next day didn't cant even enter bios the next day it worked 3 next days same would work then stopped shutting down pc only the little rubber thing above the letter B to move cursor worked but typing wont ribbon flex cable .? someone help find keyboard.?

microsoft released windows 11 23H2 today.... downloading it now.

am on windows 11 22631.2428 just finished clean install. i find 23H2 better than 22H2 i notice a small bumo of performance. ill just reinstall once mcsft releases offical iso.

so no 23H2 for today right.?

am very pleased with our president hes the best that has ever happened to mexico.. BUT i hate that police or the army cant do anything. i hate see that citizens beat the police. the same town people try to cover criminals those that steal fuel. they block the roads and army or federla police cant do anything. they throw rocks at them sticks. presidents order not to attack civilians. i just watched the news towns people detained several national guard police. and asked for ramsom. because politicians promise them money to use in their town i guess roads ect. but that is not the way to do things. as for cartels. i live in sinaloa area where it actually started this. i feel as safe as in the usa. no extortion no kidnaping those that ask for ramsom. not here. other states they do.
