  1. And that's the way Prema and you did it? I'm impressed! Is it possible to share your knowledge or a signed BIOS? Stock 230W PSU. Let me try it on Friday. I will let you know the result. Kind of. Sometimes ThrottleStop is not fast enough to measure it. But yes, I can repeat this (though it's only a very short peak). Yes. I upgraded to TS 9.6 from 9.4. And I changed my Speed shift setting from (I don't know why it was at this value) 255 to 0. Test/Benchmarks are done with GeekBench 6 and Prime95. Furthermore I've maxed every power limit and it's time. No other settings are possible with the T variant of my CPU...
  2. Hey guys. Something crazy happened. I've done some benchmarks because I've lost my ThrottleStop settings and I've managed to run my i9-12900T with 224.5 W. I never saw this high wattage before on my machine... What was your highest power draw?
  3. That are good news! Another question: did you find a way to flash a custom BIOS? I would like to upgrade it to newest version and maybe unlock some features...
  4. But is this possible overall? Shouldn't 14th gen only support DDR5? And what is with socket LGA 1851? I know there is nothing official or do you know a reliable source?
  5. Hello, it is a bit curios. I am using my NH55JNNQ every day and I use the same 230W PSU and it is running without any problem. All problems seem to be gone and I don't know why 😅. But my cheap SATA III Patriot SSD died. At some point it disconnected itself in Windows and then it was gone forever. I can use an USB docking station to copy my data but it isn't working reliable. My laptop is working normally and SATA III is still working. It must be the SSD (and it doesn't seem to be the first case for this SSD in the internet). However: everything is working and I'm still loving my machine. Is there anything new about supporting 13th+ Intel gen? It would be amazing if this machine could support a 14th gen CPU or even a 13th gen...
  6. Sorry for not answering @electrosoft, I was very busy too. My NH55JNNQ has the i9-12900t as you can read in my signature and when I'm compiling software or better when I'm gaming, the load is 100% and the PSU is very hot. I don't know if the 230W PSU is on it's limit. And I don't think, the PSU is fully utilized when I plug it in; it must have something to do with the starting current, because it only appears while plugging it in. Normally I connect the PSU to my socket and then I connect my Clevo and sometimes the charging LED won't turn on. Therefore I have to reconnect the PSU and everything works just fine... Should I buy the 330W PSU? Is it worth it CPU or GPU performance-vise? Best regards
  7. Is there something new about the BIOS of this laptop? Is somebody testing 13th gen CPUs with it? For now I can say I run it nearly every day and very often under heavy load and it seems it isn't a big deal for this hardware. Only the power supply is a little bit weak because sometimes it powers itself off and I have to reconnect it... Maybe it is too small and I have to buy the 330W power supply? And the power supply can get very hot! P.S. Thank you all for your efforts on making this machine more powerful and amazing!
  8. No, it costs some bucks. But you could also use one of the open source alternatives, which use NTPort driver... Do you know where we can find them? I'm interested in controlling my keyboard without CCC. You have six presets. Two of them can't be changed (the automatic mode and the max mode). Every other preset can be changed. I'll attach some screenshots. Behind the black box on my overview screenshot there are some information about your license code and there is an IP address to connect your mobile and control the fans from there (I didn't got it to work...). Overview: CPU Fan Control: GPU Fan Control: Advanced Tab: Ramping Tab:
  9. But this is very strange: Clevo has listed an email address from this store as the German contact address... But there is one difference: Clevo listed an email address with a .de domain. It seems that they had a .de domain in the past. The location of this store is the same than what is given in the imprint of Clevo-Computer.com but the email address of this website ends with .com. What's going on there? I've bought my NH55JNNQ there and it was delivered and everything is OK...
  10. Ah ok. That's really interesting... And somebody tested uninstalling Controller Center? I don't want to use the profiles... And some intereting stuff: the control center is able to downclock the dGPU! There are predefined profiles in BIOS which have (what a coincidence) the same name like in the Control Center and they all have different GPU clocks...
  11. What if I uninstall Control Center? Do the programs to control the fans and the keyboard uninstall too? Because the performance profiles are not very useful and the only reason to keep the Control Center installed is to change fan speeds and control keyboard backlit... Somebody checked out if Afterburn can control the clocks of the dGPU?
