Soooo.. I have installed Honeywell PTM 7950, it was very hard to install, succeeded after 3 tries. In terms of temps - under a load my laptop (2.7 GHz lock + undervolt) could go as high as 86 degrees, but now I have unlocked it, allowing it to turbo and it has no undervolt (for now) and it is very slowly rising to 75, spiked 80 for a few seconds and went down to 50.

Has anyone tried to install QUARDO P2000 in this laptop?

What battery is best for a M4800?

Alright, I'll order Honeywell this evening. I have also noticed that even though my screen is 1080p, it is eDP, which will be handy in future.

Well, I guess I will look for M2200 (I will have to replace the cooling solution for that, sadly) Speaking about thermal solution — is Honeywell 7950 good?

(Sorry for a little bit of offtop, but I have got it because I had to rush from my country to get here, so I was in need of something that will replace my home PC) I am very new with M4800, mine has an i7 4800MQ, FirePro M5100 and 16 GB 1600 mHz Hynix. What are the best ways to tame this CPU? It runs very hot for me, I will probably have to change thermal interface to something else (It has a Noctua NT-H1, but I wouldn't say that it has changed anything, I would say it even became worse with it). What can you recommend? And what GPU is better for this machine? I would love to install Nvidia T1000 but it is too expensive...
