That is what mine was that I sold to @Reciever and the 9950X that I sold to @damric at oc.net was as well. SP118 is average or a 9950X (non-3D). My 4585PX is SP119, which is better than average for 9950X3D/4585PX (which are typically something like 115.). All of them will boot 8400 2:1 and run 2200 FCLK and run 8000 2:1 100% stable with 2200 FCLK very easily. That's excellent @Reciever got everything up and running! And from the looks of it, he’s got it running really great too! You know, I actually almost kept my first one that was stuck at 2167fclk, and on the very last day to return, I had a change of heart lol (Glad I did!). But I’m playing with it. But the SP#’s are looking good on this one! The 1st CCD is good, but the 2nd CCD is very strong looking. I set a 1.180v Vsoc voltage and loaded right in Windows at 2,200fclk. No wheas! I will do some testing to ensure all is well with it. My last 9950X3D2 would not load 2200fclk no matter what you did! I tried literally everything. Now time for some memory testing, but at this point I’m liking it much better than that very first one. EDIT::: 2,200 FCLK + 6400c30 Gear 1:1 works perfectly fine so far. 1 1 13900KF

He is using a profile I tuned for the 9950X3D2 and I bet he would be happy to export the CMO file, zip it and upload it here if you wanted to tinker with it to see if it works well for yours. Do you have another platform to test it with the block on real quickly to see if it boots with a display out? Nothing that would be quick, but I had a sneaking suspicion of a couple of things. I dusted my radiator nearby, and I also used an aftermarket pci bracket that came included with the alphacool waterblock (alphacore iirc). Luckily I didnt make the loop super lean in tubing since I know how I am. Anyways with the GPU slipping between Gen 1.1 and 2.0 (pointing to a signaling issue), the aftermarket bracket and possible contamination to dust, I went after the easiest solution. Removed the card while retaining the loop. Removed the PCI bracket, lightly dusted the pcie lane and 70% alcohol on the pcie traces of the GPU and installed without the bracket. Video is back! Was confused initially as one screen came back but not the other, turned out that cable fell out (woops!) Lets just ignore that lol. I absolutely blame ALL OF YOU for stepping up my cooling. I still like big air coolers but stepping back into water cooling has been an experience that I can enjoy and measure. Its more efficient displacement but more importantly takes up significantly less space. @Mr. Fox I am fairly confident that some dust must have been on the 9070 XT been keeping an eye on it this evening and its been sitting at Gen 4 (set manually in bios as part of diagnosing). As always everything I have purchased from you over the years has been well shipped, and exactly as advertised. Its really nice to be able to buy something set it aside for when you are ready, execute the plan and just know everything will be as expected. Even Hiew still sings your praises, he immediately sold his 5800X3D set up and enjoyed building his gift with the previous bundle. I never knew compiling shaders could move so quickly! @tps3443 just let me know if you want Brother Fox's profile, thus far its been rock solid for me on my setup. I can probably have it tomorrow night if you want it. I mentioned to Fox in our messages that I am pretty sure this platform I am running now is about as good as it can get if you are running 8-pin power. When ever the 7900 XTX @ 500w cant handle 120 FPS in games ill just set 60 and couple that with lossless scaling with the 9070 XT. Already have 100+ hours of Monster Hunter: Worlds at 4k120hz using that method. With GPU prices being such as they are, I'll ride this combo for as long as I can.
