I had a crap load of Sony Alpha camera gear and I moved to Fujifilm X10 and X-S1. I vowed after the sony gear to never lug a lens with me again. (besides mobile lenses since 10 of them can fit in your pocket and weigh less than the phone. I am only shooting fixed lens cameras now. Sandy Bridge
2x32 GB DDR4-SO-DIMMs, 3200 MHz 2x2 TB TLC NVME SSD 2x2.5 Gbps USB 3.0 A Ethernet adapter PCIe x4 to NVME SSD adapter PCIx x1 to USB 3.0 Hub Yup, it's upgrade time! Going all-in on laptop hardware upgrades with 64 GB/4 TB, transferring its old SSD to ye olde desktop, and adding a direct connection 2.5 Gbps link between them. The prices are too good right now to go halfway. $100 for 64 GB of RAM is crazy low, and so is $200 for 4 TB of TLC. cylix
I needed to change my Samsung Tab 7 Plus with a Windows Tablet so i had to chose between an Surface or an Asus Rog z13 Flow with I7 12700h and RTX 3050. Went with the flow because of the better graphics and i can play some games on it like Diablo 4 😄. Why in hell did Asus put only 16 GB on it and no upgrade possibility! kojack
Well, my last purchases were, a shower, vanity, drywall, plaster and paint for our basement reno. Finally getting it done and back to useable. Got 90 percent of the equipment for the home gym, music room, bar, recroom and kitchen now. Just need to get it finished up in the next few weeks. Cannot wait now. Progress is happening thankfully. Been a mess since labour day last year when the sewer backup happened. Need to buy replacement speakers, receiver, a mount for my projector and a new motorized 100" screen we are mounting in the ceiling for movie nights. It will decend right in front of our tv for times when we want the theater experience. Yeah thats the one, you can get a an Asus xg mobile EGPU with a 6850xt or a 3080/4090 inside, but they are very expensive. But i have my Desktop with 4090 so i dont need an EGPU for it. The 3050 with the 17 12700h is enough for casual gaming on the fly and diablo IV is running fine with 60 FPS on High The PC is well build, premium feel the display is gorgeous but i still dont understand ASUS with the IDIOTIC move to put only 16gb DRAM soldered! Morons! Also the 2023 variant with 13900h and 4070 also has 16GB! How stupid is that! Also they put an m2.2230 inside..1TB costs like a 2TB m2.2280..but at least you can upgrade it.. 1 7950X3D| Zotac 4090 AMP Extreme Airo| MSI MPG B650 Edge Wifi| Lian Li Galahad 360 V2| 48GB GSkillTrident Z RGB 7600|Kingston KC3000 2TB| Fury Renegade 2TB| Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo| Corsair HX1500i| Samsung Odyssey G9 Neo Asus Zephyrus G15 (Ryzen 9 6900HS + RTX3080)
