After seeing the deep purple color for the iPhone 14 Pro, I had to have it so I placed a pre-order. When checking out through the Apple Store app, it said my payment didn't go through, yet I still received an order confirmation. I'm tempted to call my bank and ask if they approved the charge.

the iphone 14 has exceptional cameras, and the satellite connections in a emergency situation is very purchase provoking. if the s23 ultra does not top the iphone my next phone will be the 14 pro max and congratulations on your new phone let us know and keep us updated.

does anyone know what the optical zoom on the pixel 7 pro is I really hope they drop the bomb on it and make it 10x or even better 20x at 48mp is insane even if its only 5x thats 4x5 equals lossless 20x my s21 is 10x at 12mp or 10mp so 10x lossless..Its almost guaranteed the pixel 7 pro will top samsung in zoom also....but it wouldn't suprise me if samsung countered with 108mp at 15x-20x optical..zoom on my phone gets used far more than I thought it would

aaand it arrived a few days ago, very sleek design and not as small as i worried it might feel after having used the 7.2 inch behemoth mate 20 x for so long. havent gotten around to set it up yet but looking forward! also got two cases from spigen, very high quality and good feel as usual from them.

btw since i pre ordered i also got the new pixel watch in LTE flavour for free, be on the lookout for that in the marketplace since im not planning to keep it 😋

My wife and I are both on iPhone 13s.  Her's is a 128gb model and mines a 256gb model. It will be our last apple products. I am getting bored with them, and their lack of anything customizable. I am moving to cheap android devices which still have memory card slots, can customize the look of your device with launchers etc, and you can have extra functionality with windows as well. After Christmas I am getting us 2 Moto G stylus 5g phones. That phone has pretty much everything we need and nothing we dont. Install Gcam for the camera app and the cameras come alive. they are ok stock, but using Gcam, The hardware is utilized much better.

Still happy with my s21 ultra 128gb...only thing is I wish it had a micro SD slot or 512gb

..128gb doesn't cut it

I'm thinking of holding on to this phone for another year...might buy a s23 when the s24 comes out..money problems

haha i absolutely 100% understand the way u feel. i had a similar thing when i recently switched from my previous huawei mate 20x to the google pixel 7 pro. just waaaay more freefom of customization, starting with unlocking BL and rooting the system. now im finally free of any shackles and can do whatever the F i want with MY phone! 🙂 plus i can look forward to significantly longer and better software update support, both officially by Google themselves and also the community 😉

Yes, the google phones are really nice now.  I am working at bell part time right now for some extra income, and I have used most everything available.  The moto lineup, for the money, can't be beat.  The stylus 5g, 128gb, 6gb ram, 120hz screen, true 2 day battery, expandable storage, NFC, water resistance, stylus, add in the microsoft launcher for some visual customization and the openness of android...for 499.00 That's a great deal right there.

Well, in a little turn of events, I have an iphone 6s that one of the people I do snowmobile restorations for wants. I am going to even swap him for his moto G power 2021.  At least then I can get a good feel for the moto side of things while not spending any extra money on. I will report back after the trade has been made and I have my sim card in it.  One negative is the lack of NFC.  I love paying with my phone and do it constantly.

I got the phone, it's actually the moto G 5g.  Even better, but still no NFC.  I have it setup now with the microsoft launcher and whitecons for the icons. Looks really nice.  I am going to be putting a new memory card in it and setting it to system memory as well.

ah no, thats actually after manual tweaking to my needs and usage. i usually try to max out battery life vs performance or max screen brightness 🙂 so the tests u saw was with stock config.

oh wwowow.

I have kill apps installed and it shuts down everything with just a click and ive seen my sot go from 9 hours to 15 with that 2 dollar app. I think my 4 days average is 16hrs sot now which is like quadruple my old s10. the screen brightness looks good its at like 30 percent but with amoleds 30 percent still looks good because of the infinite contrast
