Yes, but exist some inconsistencies between the datasheet of each card and the web page info, 4060 tdp in page is like 115w and here 100w MSI GT60 2OC Intel i7 4930MX, GTX 1060, 15.6" FHD (90Hz OC), 32GB RAM, 1TB mSATA RAID 0 (2x512), 1TB HDD, Intel WiFi 7 BE200 Card

For Dell precision M4700/M4800 users, better get a dual heatpipes GPU heatsink to handle max 120W. The OEM one heatpipe isn't good, it can handle max 60W to 65W.

I tested and I had the same results as on the XVSION VBIOS. ZRT is like a MAX-Q version of the XVSION one. ssj92 said that these vbios indeed use eDP on B which isn't usual. ssj92 made a vbios mod that you should try
