My favourite release of recent years. Perfect for a healing Sunday morning :)

I just listened to this twice.

First half or abouts with the sax is GOOOD :classic_love:

When I was in my early 20's I worked my way around the UK.

I didn't really go for jazz until I worked in a Jazz bar for several months (serving drinks). Once I was hooked though, I was hooked! :classic_cool:

I know this isnt technically "jazz" but its got some elements.

Even though the lyrics in this song are total gibberish, one of the BEST in history.

"Of course you can't become if you only say what you would have done"

So I watched the new topgun. Cheesy. Simple. Action packed air sequence. Glorious :classic_biggrin:

I'm not really a Tom Cruise fan, but man he is a real actor!

P.S. I've never managed to get the YouTube embeds working on this forum, and who knows how they will be preserved for posterity. So maybe it is more helpful to post a direct link as well as the embed like this? I also like the idea from @6730b to post titles considering how quickly videos seem to disappear again from YouTube!

I am taking my wife to see it for her birthday today. I do not care for Tom Cruise as a person, but it seems that I enjoy almost every movie he is in and I like the characters that he plays.
