  1. Check out this 13900K. This chip is funny that's for sure! Okay so it runs abnormally hot. 10C hotter than my last 13900K at the same power levels. So, I am thinking bad TIM, or bad IHS flatness for sure. However, even with how warm it is running it's still a BOSS! It is really a flipping crazy good chip. 5.9Ghz P-Cores, 4.7Ghz E-Cores, and 5.1Ghz Ring. 1.315V set in bios.
  2. That’s how GPU launches are nowadays. Only CPU launches are not paper launches.
  3. That’s straight up bonkers right there man. Can’t believe the ZOTAC 4090 is doing that well.
  4. New 13900K allows 6.3Ghz single threaded!! Woot woot!! 6.3Ghz on (4)) cores is very solid. I am still tuning it up though. 5.7Ghz and 5.8Ghz all cores are very efficient so far. I have maximum V-Droop set, so under a heavy R23 load it drops down to around 1.23V making an overclock like this possible. Wanna hear something crazy? This chip is an SP121 P-Core CPU, but it’s also a Force 135 😳 the idle bios voltage is drastically higher than my last chip. So, I’m thinking that’s where the force rating comes in to play from. My Force 124 could never run 6.3Ghz on a single core without an immediate BSOD in windows let alone (2) cores or (3) cores or more. After getting this chip, I no longer trust the MSI FORCE2 rating. My very first chip was a Force 134 and I feel like that CPU was probably a very high SP rating. Moral of the story. Test your CPU’s manually!! Of (5) 13900K’s this is the only chip that can run 6.3Ghz+ reliably. But it has a Force rating of 135 lol.
  5. SP110 13900K is here and running in my rig. chip is SP121 P-Cores, and SP88 E-Cores. I’m working at the moment, and just running the chip stock. I’ll report back later how it performs.
  6. That’s cool. W-3175X rules! I was tempted numerous times over getting one. EVGA Dark SR3 motherboard is glorious. They don’t exactly make sense now, with how fast the 13900K is. But it’s good Intel is putting some distance between mainstream high end platforms and their next HEDT Sapphire rapids platform. Because X299 and Z270/Z390/Z490 were always being compared to each other in gaming like it was even relevant.. Which it wasn’t.
  7. I mean, it would be awesome to see something like that. Imagine a 13980XE only with Octa channel DDR5 and 32 P-Cores and 64 E-Cores that would be insanely powerful!!! 😎 People pick on the E-Cores. But I’m digging it, especially now they are so FAST! The 13900K and Z690 has been the smoothest platform I’ve ever owned or ran in my life, not to mention it’s not crazy expensive. Especially when it comes to gaming and working and doing multiple different things at once. I feel like the e-cores help keep windows 11 and its bloatmaster background task running okay. And my games or primary task run butter smooth on P-Cores simultaneously. This is something my 11900K couldn’t do. You would get those occasional skips and pops, primarily because the CPU was all tied up in running what I was doing at the moment. So if anything happen in the background the chip could stumble even if only for a moment. But it was a distraction. I guess it’s kind of like Satellite TV. They say 99% reliable. Well that 1% is still 14+ minutes where it’s not working in a day lol. 13900K is smooth and reliable 100% of the time.
  8. It’s gonna be expensive, I know that! Probably $1,000-$3,000 dollar processors and $600-$1,800 dollar motherboards lol.
  9. So the 7900XTX is only 11% faster than my 3090 in Timespy Extreme? 🧐 4090 or bust!
  10. I’ve never seen my 13900K’s hit 5.7Ghz all cores without overclocking. So, I’m guessing a 13900KS would never hit 5.8 right? Their normal all core boost is identical? I may give +1 or +2 TVB a try with my new 13900K. Ideally I’d like to run 6.0-6.4 with it. Or at least 5.9-6.3.
  11. 13900KS performance leaks https://videocardz.com/newz/intel-core-i9-13900ks-is-10-faster-than-i9-12900ks-in-first-single-core-synthetic-tests
  12. Force 165 wouldn’t be that bad for a 12900KS. Some 13900K’s are Force 160’s. Average seems to be Force 149 for 13900K.
  13. My 13900K with SP121 P-Cores finally made it out of Postal customs and it’s roaming the nation as we speak making its way to home. 🤪 13900KS leaked specs look weak to me 🧐... It has the same all core frequency’s as a normal 13900K? And the same ring frequency? And the same E-Core frequencies too? I’m guessing the 13900KS is probably SP110+ P-Core CPU. 13900KS (2) core turbo 6.0Ghz 13900KS all core boost 5.4Ghz 13900KS Base frequency 3.2Ghz I have a normal “run of the mill” 13900K right now (Force 143). And it’s hammering down 5.8-6.0Ghz P-Cores, with 4.5Ghz E-Cores, and a whopping 5.2Ghz BIG DOG OC on the ring 🤣! “This is with my chiller off” 😎 These chips are all flipping awesome regardless of the bin.
  14. This 3090KP is plenty powerful, so getting a 4080 is a silly move for me. I’ll probably get (2) A770’s instead. Then I’ll have (2) gaming PC’s. Plus, I want some A770’s to help support the cause against Nvidia lol. I’d rather give my money to Intel lol.
  15. AWESOME!!! wait, Limit (20) per customer??!! What is wrong with Newegg.. My gosh they are cold. They must be pro scalper huh? I may finally let go of my EVGA 3090 KP HC and buy (2) of the Arc 770’s. Then I could run one in my system, and put the other in my 11900K system and play games with my son!
  16. On another note it’s kinda funny how we pick on the 4080 for being $1,200. Because in reality it’s 25% cheaper than a 4090 while only being 29% slower too. That’s not bad. We are literally getting exactly what we pay for. Now it’s about to become even cheaper!
  17. That RTX4080 is still blazing fast though. It does its job. It’s really not middle ground is it. The **80 series of GPU’s was always the high end I thought. While **70 or **60 was mid range.
  18. I’m gonna pull my Pora3 off of my test bench and put it inside a enclosure like @Mr. Fox has his, and then mount (9) of those Alphacool fans. 4000rpm is insane.
  19. Nice sale on the 3090Ti KP!! We can’t fetch nearly that much for our regular 3090 KP’s even though it’s only a little slower lol. 😭 Force 134 was SP115-SP116 P-Cores from comparing to other guys who can read both MSI and Asus “Silicon Prediction” and also had a Force 134. My Force 124 most likely had SP117-118 P-Cores based on another persons findings best case scenario is SP119 P-Cores. My Force 124 couldn’t do 6.3Ghz on single cores reliably. So it couldn’t possibly have been a SP120+ P-Core chip. It was still an incredible CPU though. It would do 5.8-6.2 with like 1.210 VROut voltage with 5.2 ring. Anyone with a SP120+ is running 6.3 or 6.4 on their single cores though. This chip should be in another league all together. Sugi’s chip is a Force 109, so I’d guess that this new chip is a minimum Force rating of 117 or probably even Force 114. And with really cold water it will be a Force 107-110. I’m using educated speculation here lol. Of course all chips are different regardless of SP. We will find out it’s Force2 on the 12th though. I’m thinking Force 115 most likely on ambient water.
  20. No money lost. This new CPU is just a better sample than my last one, so I had to come out of pocket slightly more than what my last chip fetched. This new 13900K has SP121 P-Cores 😳 So I’m gonna just run this one long term. In the end I only paid $100 dollars for it, because I sold my Force 134, and my Force 124.
  21. I hate to influence the market and say how much I paid. But I will say this, the guy was so nice, because he held the chip for (4) days while I dealt with PayPal holding my funds for no reason. During those days other people were continuously messaging him the entire time and offering more money, while I sat here wanting to murder PayPal HQ 😂 It was $50 more than what I sold my last CPU for.
  22. Looks like my tracking for the SP110 13900K shows it will be here on 12/12. Gonna be a long little wait.
  23. SP106 is a very good chip. I had a feeling your chip was good because you had mentioned a while back that your power draw was less than 300 watts stock during R23. Not many 13900K’s can do this. Of my (4) tested only (1) could do that lol. I know of course we can fix voltage lower and manipulate them to use a lot lower wattage. So when I say stock, I mean like auto voltage/ bios reset and run.
